Cancellation / Reschedule Policy

 

-PAYMENT FOR BOOKINGS-

All participants are required to pay a 50% deposit of course amount in the payment process of booking a course/session. All deposits will go towards the total amount of payment. For paying the rest of the booking due, you’ll have to pay upon arrival to course/session in the following methods: Physical Cash, Cashapp, Zelle, or Paypal. Credit/Debit Cards will not be accepted in-person.

 

-PAYMENT FOR GROUP SESSIONS-

All participants that are booking a course/session with 5 or more individuals in the party, the group will have to pay a 50% deposit of the group rate through UTT’s manager. The deposit will go towards the total amount of group payment. All individuals will be required to complete a reservation application for the course/session. Further instructions will come from the UTT’s manager. After receiving the group deposit, all individuals must adhere to the refund, cancellation, and reschedule policies.

 

-FULL REFUND-

Up to 7 days prior to the booking schedule, participants may cancel their reservation without penalty and will receive a 100% refund including their paid deposit. All funds will be paid back in the original form of payment.

 

-PARTIAL REFUND-

Less than 7 days prior to the booking schedule, participants will incur a 30% administration fee from the deposit. For example, booking a course worth $40, a deposit of $20 will be required in the payment process. But if canceling the course after the 7 days deadline, the participant will receive a $24 refund in the original form of payment.

 

-NO REFUND-

Less than 24 hours to the booking schedule, participants are not eligible for a refund. All participants that do not call for cancellation and/or do not show up on the day of the reservation, are not eligible for a refund.

 

-RESCHEDULE-

Participants may reschedule a booking course/session 7 days in advance to the booking date to avoid cancellation fees. All reschedule reservation(s) must be made in advance. Less than 7 days to the booking date without follow-up, will be canceled automatically and will incur a 30% administration fee.

Under extreme circumstances, UTT will allow rescheduling expectations within 7 days to the booking date without cancellation fees.
